I created the Arbor Court branding for a residential community in Cleveland, Ohio. The client wanted to update the name and look of the property to increase tenant population. I collaborated on the development of the “Arbor Court” name to tie into the courtyard and garden style community. New business stationery, folder with inserts, floor plans flyers, print and outdoor advertising were created. This fresh new look was also integrated into new signage and landscaping for the entire property.
